HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

We want to offer our customers qualitative products at the lowest price available,  as we work with different suppliers, most products aren’t shipped together. So if you order multiply items they will likely arrive separately. Our items ship are from all over the world. Please note that additional customs fees may apply within the EU.

 

TRACKED SERVICE

all orders are dispatched via a tracked service to ensure you receive your order safely; this might require a signature on delivery.

 

HOW TO TRACK YOUR ORDER

once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. you can now track your parcel by logging into your account.

 

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER

if you have not received your delivery within 10 working days and you have tried to track your item with the service provided, please contact us housesofrosesinfo@gmail.com

 

We’re not responsible for extend shipping times and not obligated to refund if shipping takes longer than our normal time frame of 3-5 weeks. We do not issue refunds for packages that USPS confirms as being delivered.
